Wittwer-Rix René und Manuela Fliederweg 2 4514 Lommiswil Switzerland Standard Terms and conditions of Quarter-Miles-Ranch These „standard terms and conditions“ apply for all services from Quarter-Miles-Ranch. Our supports are established according to  this „standard terms and conditions“, except when otherwise stipulated. - Conclusion of a contract: A binding registration  could be made in writing, verbal or per E-Mail and need not a particular form.  Bookings or reservations are binding for both partners. With your registration, order or conclusion of a contract you (boarder, user of our facility, course participant, …) accept our „standard terms and conditions“. - Payment: Our services happen according to our actually offer. The services could only be used after complete payment. The agreed prices are included VAT. The boarding-boxes are paid ahead the month. Riding lessons, training and other benefits have also to be paid ahead. The payment for courses / clinics is 10 days ahead. The payment in cash or per bank transfer are accepted. By delay of payment, Quarter-Miles-Ranch is authorized to charge an interest rate of 8 percent for the outstanding sums. The first dunning letter is free, the second is 30,--CHF and another is 50,--CHF. Regulations of use of our Infrastructure: User or participants had abide by the Ranch contract. Quarter-Miles-Ranch reserve one`s right to exclude a customer, user of our facility, course participant if they do repeated violation versus Team Quarter-Miles-Ranch or if other participants or things are at risk. In this case there is no recovery of payment. Cancellation or rebooking Riding school pupil have to cancel 24 hours bevor riding lesson, if they  couldn’t come to the lesson. If they haven’t 24 hours bevor checked out, they have to pay the lesson. Course participants had to pay 10 days bevor the event beginning. So the participation is confirmed. By canceling within 10 days you have to pay 50 percent charge. If you cancel within 11 to 20 days, you have to pay 30 percent charge. And within 21 to 30 days the charge is 20 percent. By absence or delay you have no investment-repay. The participant could transmit the participation to another person, if this person is complying to the eligibility requirements. Cancellation, displacement of courses by organizer „Quarter-Miles-Ranch“ (by important reasons), particularly if the  minimum participants is not reached 10 days before course-beginning or by extreme weather until the training day, are authorized . Quarter-Miles-Ranch is rebooking the participants to another course, or looking for another date or Quarter-Miles-Ranch refund the course-charge. - Responsibility / Compensation insurance The customers are using the infrastructure of Quarter-Miles-Ranch by their own responsibility. They takes responsibility for person - or objects - damage and also for the determined damages of her horses. For personal equipment of the rides Quarter-Miles-Ranch take no responsibility. Accident insurance and other insurances is under the responsibility of the  participants, riders or customers. Riding is at one`s own risk. We recommend to carry a helmet! - Privacy protection If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (e-mail, address, name) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of published postal addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam massages will be punished. - Inoculation: Each horse owner has to apply the Inoculation recommendation published by www.fnch.ch. - Changes This „Standard terms and conditions“ could always be changed by Quarter-Miles-Ranch and be replaced with new „Standard terms and conditions“. We had to publish suitable. - Applicable law / place of jurisdiction On this contractual relationship the Swiss law is applicable. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of Quarter-Miles-Ranch AG for all disputes in connections with the conclusion of a contract with Quarter-Miles-Ranch. @ Quarter-Miles-Ranch AG - 01.07.2016 subject to alterations
